 18 sheep fine, no 19 has an injured front left leg which it is holding up. Very reluctant to get up, in Bay 3 with a couple of others. The rest are in Bay 2 or in the copse between 2 & 3. They’ve done a great job but are getting hungry!

 Not much eating going on this morning but all 19 fit and well and in Bay 3

Sheep all in shady Bay 3 rather than sunny Bays 1 and 2.

All lookers reports on the whats app group have been positive. Thanks for all the checks folks! I'm hoping the rain this weekend will fill up the troughs nicely :) Very glad that red tag isn't limping any more too!

 All the sheep wisely avoiding the snow by assembling in the thicket at the end of Bay 3. 

Broke ice on water trough and turfed out what I could.

 All 19 at the end of Bay 3. Couldn’t see any limpers - those with double red tags were moving ok. Still plenty to eat and they are nibbling the dewberry.

Back in bay 2, all 19 fine and jumped up when the dog barked! No one is limping….

 Sheep all present and correct.

 All 19 sheep look fine. No limping. Water trough full.

Saturday 26 October

 All 19 fine today and staying in Bay 3, only 1 doing its job grazing but 4 were enjoying the mineral lick and the rest were taking it easy under the trees.

Coulters sheep check 25th

Visited the flock of 19 today. They are all settling in well and were at the far end of site. We have provided water troughs at this end too, plus a mineral block for them. Also put a container of sheep nuts under one of the wheelbarrows in the woodland, as a special treat for them! They are looking great and there is plenty for them to eat! Happy lookering :)

Thursday 24th October - 19 Shetland Sheep on
